Bio
Gregory H. Kassel was born and raised in San Bernardino, California. He went to San Bernardino High School and graduated from Pacific High School in 1981. Gregory was following his father throughout California from the time he was ten years old and watched him perform trials throughout California. Gregory went to the University of Denver and graduated with a political science degree in 1985, and went to law school in San Diego California passing the bar in 1991.
He then joined his father and brother in Kassel and Kassel Law Office. Gregory handles all criminal defense and administrative proceedings and has handled a multitude of high profile cases. He is a past president and treasurer of Inland Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of all Federal Courts and the United States Supreme Court. A petition for a Writ Certiorari was sent to the United States Supreme Court by Attorney Kassel. Gregory is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyer (NACDL), rated 10 Best Attorneys by the American Institute of Criminal Attorneys and recently awarded best DUI lawyer in the Inland Empire by the Sun Telegram for 2021. Kassel and Kassel is AV rated by Martin Dale Hubble Preeminent Attorneys. He serves on a multitude of philanthropy organizations including Yucaipa’s Mock Trial team as an instructor.
